Very good service, had brilliant experience.
The venue was set in the central position so close to the popular markets and the United Nations and a drive around the Palace. Had essentials needed in the luxury king room, including a coffee maker and glassware.

Booked a room with spectacular views of the ocean & the Hassan II Mosque. the hotel had a central location and it was only a short distance to Old Medina of Casablanca. Rewritten review: I booked a room with amazing views of the ocean and the Hassan II Mosque. the hotel is centrally located and is just a short distance from the Old Medina of Casablanca.

We stayed at the Tour Blanche en route to Marrakech and it proved to be the perfect night stop. The hotel is ultra modern and very luxurious. The staff were very attentive. Our room was excellent and the bed was super comfortable. We ate in the Oriental restaurant and I can certainly recommend the couscous with 7 vegetables. It was delicious. The wine was good but expensive but that is what you expect for this standard of hotel and Morocco in general.
This is only a minor criticism but the price of breakfast is rather high. We never feel we get value for money when there is only one price for breakfast and would have liked to have been offered a cheaper continental breakfast choice.

Best luxury hotel for Casablanca Airport - though still at least 40 minutes drive away - right opposite the interesting Medina market stall area
We paid more for our room than for the children's twin room - yet they had all the mod cons (electrically operate curtains, etc) whereas our room was a bit standard by comparison. Great views of the mosque from the huge window, but the glass had not been cleaned for some time.

This place had everything on point with a well-designed room showcasing a lovely view, separate toilet, and efficient AC, along with the convenience of early check-in and late check-out.

Had lunch at the hotel lobby, and the meat is the most tender meat in the world! And the chef was so gracious to go out of his way to check how our food was. And the bed was so comfortable, and we had a wonderful sunset view of the mosque!
The bathroom and walk-in closet tiles and paint are black, it was very hard to move about, otherwise, i have nothing to complain about.

It is a haven in Casablanca. We have tried another hotel earlier and just as we entered our room at Sofitel, we knew we made a wise choice to switch. Everything you think a hotel should provide can be found here, mind that it is not always the case in Morocco. The bathroom is spacious and the lighting in the room warm and comfortable. The facilities in the room perfect, with modern design.
Nothing really. To be picky, the breakfast is expensive, even by a 5star standard. The beds (we had twin beds standard) are quite narrow.
