the air conditioning was not working, but the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. the suite upgrade was greatly appreciated, and the city views from my room were stunning.

My stay was disappointing as the air conditioning was not working well, making the room quite uncomfortable. The room felt cramped, especially given the high rate of over $225 a night. Additionally, breakfast was chaotic, with long wait times due to the large number of tour groups, which created a stressful environment for both guests and staff.

The staff was commendable, friendly, especially at breakfast. I felt a warm welcome from team members like Mr Camara. The location was great, close to the Medina.

The room cleanliness was atrocious with hair from previous guests. Confusing service. the front desk was generally unhelpful.

The location is a win, super close to the Medina. Staff were nice, especially Jawad at the front desk who helped with a birthday surprise – they brought out a cake during breakfast! Loved the in-room breakfast, it hit the spot! The checkout took forever, though, so just be ready for that.

The room showed signs of wear, including dated furniture and old fixtures, which detracted from the overall comfort. The limited number of power sockets made charging devices inconvenient, and the bathroom felt cramped with awkward plumbing issues that were not addressed promptly, leading to a frustrating experience during the stay.

We loved the spacious suite with a stunning view of the ocean and city skyline. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making our stay memorable. The kids enjoyed the Moroccan hamam, which was a fantastic experience for the whole family.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly dining options.

Sofitel Casablanca Tour Blanche boasts elegant decor with stunning views of the Hassan II Mosque. The spacious common areas are perfect for relaxing, making it accessible and enjoyable for seniors like myself. The caring staff added to my comfort.

The grilled dishes were phenomenal, with flavors that danced in my mouth! The breakfast spread? Unmatched! And hats off to the staff who brought a smile to every early morning. The location is also prime, right near vibrant spots like Taco Time and Atelier Oriental for additional culinary excursions.

Though the car service left a sour taste (they really overcharged), the vibe around was still shining bright. Plus, the rooms could use a facelift—they felt a bit dated, especially with some plumbing quirks. But the friendly faces kept us grinning!
